  What Production Processes Of Mattress Have?

        Second, making the pattern of quilting layer through machine. It is the top-most layer of padding inside the mattress, including foam and fiber stitched to the underside of the ticking. Common quilting processes include: multi-needle quilting, single-needle stitching, and tack and jump quilting. This quilting technology can ensure both the ornamental and useful purposes.

        Third, making the underside of the mattress to ensure the firmness of the bottom.

        Forth, sewing the mattress cover fabric and the surrounding edges. Usually the surface fabric is knitting fabric for its soft, durable and breathable features.

        Fifth, different layers of mattress materials placed in order and then cover fabric on the top of mattress.
